Yes, that’s the famous and faddish Sriracha you see below. We made preserved lemons a couple weeks back so we could replicate a pasta we had not too long ago with them, hot sauce, onions, parsley and cauliflower. So tasty–sour, salty and spicy. Not all that hard to make either. Now, we’re thinking of what else we can do with preserved lemons.

Thanksliving

We had a wonderful time (again) at Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary. They have an annual event called “Thanksliving.” Lots of nice people came, and we ate some good food, while also taking time to recognize and celebrate farm animals. Below, you’ll see even the turkeys enjoyed the day. We also visited with some cows, pigs, goats and sheep. Nice folks.
